My Prediction
Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters by 2Dive right in, shall we? Look at the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles and Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters batting it out on the diamond. Their history is dotted with close encounters, split down the middle, performances fluctuating like a weathervane in a hurricane.
This season has seen the Fighters display a little more tenacity, holding a superior win-loss record. But you know what they say about counting chickens, right? Especially since the recent track record of the Fighters resembles my attempts at cooking - a decent start, followed by a regrettable finish.
Meanwhile, the Eagles haven't exactly been soaring, more like stumbling, against their recent opponents. But miracles do happen, like me getting invited to a second date.
With these competing frailties on the plate, it's like watching two bald men fighting over a comb. But I do have to pick a side. So, here we go.
