Navarro in straight sets.It's no secret that Sorana Cirstea managed to pull a fast one on Emma Navarro last time they met and it's clear as day, right? She might have taken that match with a triumphant grin but let’s not forgert, Navarro seemed to have slipped on a banana peel there, I mean, figuratively speaking.
Now, stepping away from the past, let's venture into recent times. Cirstea's performance on the court, to put it gently, has been a lot like a seesaw, by winning one and losing the other. Navarro on the other hand, is as sturdy as a redwood oak on this speed-bump-free winning streak that she has built, swatting away competition like flies.
Yet, to this broadcaster's astonishment, Cirstea hadn't earned herself a seed spot, while Navarro, like the queen that she is, took the number ten spot just like that. Now, isn't that something to raise an eyebrow to?
