San Francisco Giants by 2By all accounts, this Texas Rangers at San Francisco Giants game will be a notable one. Why, you ask? Well just take a look at the spread, park factor and the top players.
Our pitchers on deck are Nathan Eovaldi for the Rangers, packing a pretty solid 2.68 ERA and 0.76 WHIP this season, and on the opposite side we've got Justin Verlander for the Giants. Verlander's not had the smoothest season so far, a 5.74 ERA and 1.57 WHIP. Looks like Eovaldi could be getting some extra autographs this season, huh?
Giants have bats like Lee Jung Hoo throwing up a .333 average, 16 RBIs, and 3 home runs, as well as Tyler Fitzgerald keeping steady at .301. Over on Ranger territory, keep a lookout for Wyatt Langford's explosive .294 average, 8 RBIs and 6 home runs. Remember folks, those numbers might make Smith's .360 batting average seem quiet, but don't underestimate the little guys. His speed with 3 stolen bases might prove golden in a pinch.
