Atlanta Braves by 2Let's cut to the chase here, the Atlanta Braves are paying a visit to the glorious PNC Park for a tango with Pittsburgh Pirates. An outstanding game to ponder over, wouldn't you say?
On pitching duties for the Braves, we've got AJ Smith-Shawver who's been serving up a cool ERA of 3.08 and a WHIP of 1.41 into his 5 appearances this season. The man's packing some heat-'ish'. Meanwhile, in the other corner, Andrew Heaney is waving the banner high for the Pirates, coming with a 3.27 ERA and a 1.14 WHIP over his 7 appearances.

The Braves, despite seeming a bit shaky with their 18-19 record, compared to the Pirates' 12-26, have, in fact, got a better regular season record - so drag your eyes away from the recent stumble my friends.
Despite everything said, acknowledging the recent form is crucial, and the Pirates' recent results have been rather gloomy, losing majority of their matches. Who knows, sympathy might be their best bet.
