Shnaider in straight sets.
If you're not a fan of cliffhangers and edge-of-your-seat thrillers, then this Wimbledon round of 128 showdown is your cup of tea. We've got Diana Shnaider, the 12th seed, up against the unseeded Moyuka Uchijima. Now, as much as variety is the spice of life, Uchijima seems to have gotten stuck in a rut—a losing rut to be exact. Her recent records look so even it's almost symmetrical. Love would appear to be a foreign concept because there seems to be a dearth of it in her performance.
Shnaider, on the other hand, has had her own spell of defeats. However, she has a duality to her, a light and a dark side, if you will. One moment she's whipping out spectacular wins and the next she opines over losses. But let's not forget our dear Shnaider is the 12th seed, and you don’t get to that rank by love alone.
If you've ever played a guessing game, always remember that the person who asks the questions has most of the answers. And while Shnaider hasn't been providing all the answers, she has more than Uchijima in the recent past. As a commentator, I'm not authorized to give financial advice, but if I were, I'd say, bet on sure things.
Albert’s Prediction: Shnaider in straight sets.
