Texas Rangers by 2Look at this people, we've got the Chicago White Sox venturing out to tackle the Texas Rangers at Globe Life Field. Now, the park ain't no hitter's paradise, leaning slightly toward those with an arm to pitch.
Chicago's putting Aaron Civale on the mound. He's got a 5.07 ERA and a WHIP of 1.36 this season, not something to write home about but still, hold on to your hats. Now, on the other side, we've got Kumar Rocker starting for the Rangers, this lad touting a rather unflattering 9.24 ERA and 1.92 WHIP this season. Yikes!
Talking about the meat of the lineup, the White Sox troops include Chase Meidroth, and Miguel Vargas who are having a somewhat decent season. However, Texas isn't hanging about with its strength in Evan Carter and Jake Burger. This should be fun!
When we talk past matchups, we'd see that these two have recently been in a tango, and let me add, Texas have been stomping their boots at the right beats. No denying, the overall regular season records favor the Rangers, and White Sox hasn't been in a heartening pattern recently. Texas on the other hand is enjoying a little bit of a merry go round.
