New York Yankees by 2Ah, the classic East vs. West Coast rivalry! The New York Yankees are traveling west to meet the Los Angeles Dodgers at Dodger Stadium, interestingly a playground more favorable for hitters.
On the mound for the Yankees, we have Max Fried, who is tearing it up this year with a spectacular 1.46 ERA and a WHIP just shy of 1. On the flip side, the Dodgers are sending Tony Gonsolin, whose 4.68 ERA is not so eye-catching. Garlic fries anyone?
Swinging the lumber for the pinstripes, we've got Aaron Judge, Paul Goldschmidt, and Cody Bellinger, starred in multiple tabloids this year for their batting averages. Especially that Judge! I bet he delivers his verdict with a powerful swing of his gavel. For the Dodgers, Freddie Freeman is hitting over .400 with a healthy RBI count, and he's got solid support from Will Smith and Shohei Ohtani. Baseballs must be ducking for cover around these guys!
