Paolini in straight sets.Seriously folks, tennis is a game of aces, unforced errors, love, deuce, and extreme skill - especially when it's a matchup between Jasmine Paolini and Ons Jabeur.
Now looking at Jasmine Paolini, currently Tournament Seed 6, she’s having a bit of a groove recently, except that minor interruption by Sakkari M., but victorious against Sun L., Boulter K., and Gauff C. She's also got a fair record against Jabeur, tying the past score at 1-1. It would seem she's the bookies' darling as well.
On the other side of the net, we have Ons Jabeur, the 27th seed. Although she has proven her mettle in the past, her recent performance has been less awe-inspiring. She's been significantly down on her luck, losing games to Uchijima M., Yastremska D., and Stearns P., among others. This, coupled with her past performance against Paolini, might imply she's not the player's short bet for this match.
