Yokohama DeNA BayStars by 2Alright then, here we are! Locked, loaded and ready for a serious face-off between the Yokohama DeNA BayStars and the Hanshin Tigers. Grab your popcorn, folks.
Now if we're talking about history here, the last time these two teams met, there was all sorts of mathematical equilibrium and they ended up evenly paired. They each popped the champagne six times. However, the fun part about history, it's in the past! So, let's focus on today.
In the recent show of might, Yokohama seems to have had the last laugh at most of their games with a 3-1 report card, while Hanshin Tigers are still finding their feet with a 2-2. It seems the tigers are still trying on their dancing shoes. On the other hand, the BayStars seem to have their spikes on and are sliding home with an extra little kick.
Also, there's this interesting plot, Hanshin Tigers huffed and puffed but couldn't do much against the Yokohama boys in their April onset meeting. In a decimating 7-1 and a drawn 6-6, I would think Hanshin's mood isn't exactly on cloud nine.
In short, what I'm trying to say here folks (in the least complicated, non-foreboding way), is there's a considerable chance that the Yokohama DeNA BayStars might walk away with a victory, leaving the Hanshin Tigers licking their wounds.
So, let's see how the game plays out. I've got my money on the BayStars, but who knows? After all, it's a game, folks.
