Boston Celtics by 21Looky here, we've got an Eastern-Conference face-off between the Washington Wizards and the Boston Celtics. Boston's running hotter than a summer barbeque right now, sporting a sizzling Regular Season Record of 57-20, which is probably why they have the second spot in the Eastern Conference. Which definitely sounds like something you might want to consider, sort-of-subtly implying that the Wizards might need a little more than magic tonight.
Now, no disrespect to the Wizards, they've got a couple of solid players. Jordan Poole has been keeping the net buzzing, pulling 18.9 points on average per game last month. Alexandre Sarr might be worth keeping an eye on too, with his 16.7 points per game. In contrast though, the Celtics have got the likes of Jayson Tatum and Kristaps Porzingis, each playing a symphony on court, averaging 27.5 and 20.9 points per game respectively.
Peep into the past and you'll see the Celtics have pretty much been treating the Wizards like a treadmill; just running past them every time they meet. The previous five games have all seen the Celtics strutting out as victors with a significant point difference. Recent team results also make it pretty clear that the Celtics are comfortably atop their game while the Wizards are, well, fumbling through bad dreams, to put it kindly.
So, folks who are looking for predictable comfort rather than heart-stopping uncertainty would probably be safe to favor the Celtics, making tonight's game slightly less of a nail-biter and more of a popcorn-cruncher. Now, if you need me to spell it out for you:
