Yokohama DeNA BayStars by 2Let's jump right into it - we're looking at a heated match between the Yokohama DeNA BayStars and the Chunichi Dragons. I mean, these two teams duked it out quite a few times just recently. In fact, if we run through the history books, it's a toss-up. The BayStars snagged victories thrice against the Dragons in their last five battles. But let's not forget that close call in October '24, when the Dragons showed some moxie and edged past the BayStars with a 4-3 win.
Now peek at the BayStars recent results. I mean, that 9-1 smackdown on Erik Barnes? That's the kind of performance that makes you sit up straight, even if you're slumped over with a virtual spinal cord. But hey, consistency ain't their middle name, given those two consecutive losses against Erik Barnes just days before.
On the other side of the ballpark, the Dragons aren't exactly roaring - unless you count yawns. Two wins sandwiched between three losses doesn't exactly scream powerhouse. But hey, even a broken clock is right twice a day -- or so they say.
