Welcome to the ultimate David versus Goliath situation here folks. Florida Gators are showing us why they are the #7 in the ranking. Undefeated at 11-0, they have been stomping their competition with considerable ease of late, defeating their last opponent North Carolina. Alijah Martin and Walter Clayton have been standing out, dropping 16.7 and 18.3 points per game, respectively, last month.
On the other side of the court, we have the North Florida Ospreys who have been decent with a record of 7-5. Basketball, as they say, is not a one-man show but their Jasai Miles and Josh Harris are doing a stellar job with a commendable average of 16.6 and 16.5 points per game, respectively, in the last month. Not terrible, but going head-to-head against the Gators is a whole different story.
Recent results for the Ospreys have been a bit tumultuous and, dare I say, they've been flapping about a bit; they've taken some pretty big hits lately against North Carolina Asheville Bulldogs and Nebraska Cornhuskers. While the Gators, on the other hand, have been having a bit of a party in "the swamp", with recent victories against the likes of North Carolina Tar Heels and Arizona State Sun Devils.
So, unless the Ospreys have really been holding out on us and have a secret weapon, I'd say this one is pretty clear cut, dare I say painfully so; sort of like replacing the G in Gators with a Grater. On that note, here is my prediction:
