Gonzaga Bulldogs by 33By the beard of Hercules, the intriguing matchup between the Bucknell Bison and the Gonzaga Bulldogs needs some discussing. Now, look, folks, when we’re talking Gonzaga, we're talking about a team that packs a wallop. Here's a group sitting at a hefty eighth win in their last eleven games that's been making minced meat out of teams in their past few faceoffs.
The Bulldogs' leader, Ryan Nembhard is nothing short of an offensive beast. This bulldog is barking out an average of 12 points per game. Graham Ike standing firmly by his side with a consistent performance all season, throwing up around 14.6 points on average per game and is not shy about crashing the glass with 6.3 rebounds. If I were asked to describe this duo, I’d paint the picture of an unstoppable force, and boy, they’ve been a treat to watch.
Now on the other end of the court, we have the Bucknell Bison. Put it mildly, recent games haven’t exactly been a walk in the park for them. Josh Bascoe and Achile Spadone tried their level best, averaging 13.7 and 9.0 points per game respectively this season. Kudos to Noah Williamson too, maintaining a decent 13.4 for this season. Still, it's like a canoe racing a speedboat; there’s only so much they could do, bless 'em.
So, here's the thing, the crystal ball doesn't deal in ties. So, the decision is pretty straightforward. With Gonzaga's power players and strong form, this game looks to be a one-sided affair.
