He lost a bit and then won a classic against Van De Zandschulp B., rescued his ego and perhaps, a bit of his dignity. But remember folks, experience can be a double-edged sword, doesn’t always mean he’s winning wrinkle of the year award.
Now, let's switch courts to Cobolli, who's got a love for the underdog role. Hold your horses, though! As much as we all love a good Cinderella story, there ain't no fairy dust here. His recent performances have been as impressive as a flat soda on a hot day, with a string of losses longer than a Monday morning. But hey, he's still the third seed, so that’s something... I guess.
So if you ask me who's serving up the winning stroke? I'm throwing my weight behind Gasquet. The old warhorse knows how to handle the racket, the crowd, and the crushing dread of defeat.
