Get a cup of coffee for this one, because despite the round 9 slot, both teams might as well be sleepwalking this season, with the Eagles going a spectacular 0-8, and the Tigers flaunting their superior 2-6 record like a chicken with its first kernel of corn.
Nostalgic folks might whip out their phones and scroll back to April 14, 2024, where the Eagles handily outscored the Tigers 109-70. But let's be real, in their two earlier scraps, the Tigers smacked the Eagles around like a cat with a yarn ball.
Now onto something recent, where the Eagles are making an admirable attempt to resuscitate last place with 5 losses on the trot.
