Oh, aren't we in for a treat, ladies and gentlemen, with a matchup like Adelaide Crows going head to head with the Geelong Cats. No need for snacks, the action on field is sure to keep you more than munching on your nails.
Looking at the past encounters, the Cats have been turning the Crows' spirits sour, having outscored them in two of the last three meetings. Seems like the birds have a cat problem, eh? But who knows, every dog...or bird, in this case, has its day!
Hopping over to the current season, the Crows are sitting prettier than the Cats at #5 while those feline folks barely claw onto the #8 spot. Maybe having nine lives isn't enough in AFL. Let's not forget though, we're just at the dawn of Round 5, with lots of games still to ruffle our feathers.
Talking about recent forms, the Crows tasted defeat in their last outing, a narrow loss against the Gold Coast, but have otherwise pecked away at their opponents this season. The Cats, well, they won their last game, sending the Demons back to hell, but continue to remain patchy with their performances.
