New Zealand Warriors by 3Looking at the titanic clash scheduled for the tenth round of our beloved NRL season, the boys from the land of the long white cloud, the New Zealand Warriors, are rubbing shoulders with the fire-breathing St. George Illawarra Dragons. Things are about to go down, and if history is any teacher, it's gonna be a spectacle.
If we take a stroll down memory lane, these squads have been at each other's throats quite a few times, with their recent encounters painting an interesting picture. Last time they met, the Dragons turned the Warriors into puffballs with a commanding 30-12 win. But feast your eyes on that 48-18 bamboozle the Warriors handed the Dragons in another recent match. Talk about a Shakespearean drama stuffed with betrayal and revenge!
Now, whipping out our trusty magnifying glass to examine the gritty nitty of these teams' performances this season: The Warriors seem to wear the victor's crown more often than not, with a solid 6 wins to their name, compared to the slightly more battle-bruised Dragons who sit on 3 wins.
