Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles by 3I can imagine it now, the Golden Eagles soaring over to Tokyo, fresh off their recent victories, ready to clash with the Swallows once again. Past records show us mixed results between these two, like a teeter-totter at a playground full of indecisive children. Though, you'd be remiss if you didn't notice that the Swallows had an unpleasant taste of defeat in their last meet-up. Two against one, the Golden Eagles clipped their wings.
Our dear Swallows haven't been exactly carving up the season. With a bitter record barely more appetizing than plain, overcooked chicken, it seems they may have forgotten they're part of a baseball match. Not to mention their recent streak, making their fans wonder if they've been playing with mittens instead of gloves.
Meanwhile, the Golden Eagles strut into this match up like a rooster on Red Bull, fresh from their wins against the Tigers and the Dragons. Nothing like triumphant victories to puff up their feathers.
Plainly said, if the Swallows were a soup, they'd be missing some necessary seasoning. And the Golden Eagles? Well, they've got the spice and everything nice to take this win. Doesn't take a genius to see which way the wind's blowing, does it?
