My Prediction
Hanshin Tigers by 2Buckle up because you're in for a wild ride. Today, it's the Orix Buffaloes going horn to horn against the Hanshin Tigers. If the past is any indicator, put your money on the Tigers. Oh, they've got something to roar about, beating the Buffaloes in three out of last five encounters. That's some furry fury right there.
But hey, don't be quick to cut the Buffaloes out of the picture just yet. They've got a decent regular season record, coming in at 27-24, just behind the Tigers who hold strong at 34-21. Certainly not throwing the towel on them just yet.
We've got to factor in their recent games though. The Buffaloes, they've had their ups, they've had their downs. Beating the Hiroshima Carp twice, but tasting defeat at the hands of the Tigers. Twice! Talk about repeating history.
On the other paws- I mean, hand, the Tigers have been roaring away to glory, batting their opponents out of the park, the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters and our Buffaloes. Oh, if only the Buffaloes could catch a break.
So, there you have it, folks. It's going to be a wild ride, but my money's on the Tigers. They've got the edge in this game. So without further ado...
