Minnesota Lynx by 3And there you have it folks, the titanic tussle betwixt the Minnesota Lynx and Atlanta Dream. We've got Lynx, brimming with confidence, top of the chart! On the other hand, we have our Atlanta Dream, sitting pretty at number 4, not too shabby either.
The quintessential lady Lynx, Napheesa Collier, has been scoring with abandon knocking off 21.4 points on average last month and has been a terror on the glass with an impressive average of 9.3 rebounds. These figures have only improved in the current season, sending a chill down the spines of the opponents. Seems like she's on milk and not coffee like the rest of us. There's Courtney Williams pulling strings with 5.2 average assists last month, giving her team that much needed edge.
On the flip side, you got Atlanta's Rhyne Howard on a hot streak, sticking it to them hoops with 19 points a game in the last month. Watch out Lynx, those numbers have stayed almost constant this season. And say hello to Allisha Gray averaging an impressive 19.8 points last month, keeping the scoreboard ticking.
Ah yes, past showdowns, those have been a sight for sore eyes. Minnesota Lynx dominated, plucking victory from the jaws of defeat, four out of five times. And if that’s not a morale telltale, I don’t know what is. Plus, Lynx's recent form seems like they have just faced an army of dentists, a bit painful as compared to Dream's up and down run.
