My Prediction
Crusaders by 17Lookie here, we have a very interesting game on our hands with the match up between the Crusaders and the Fijian Drua. The Crusaders have been off to a decent start sitting in an admirable 3rd position in the Super Rugby Pacific 2025, while the Fijian Drua are lounging about comfortably towards the not so comfortable bottom of the table in the 11th spot.
Jokes apart, even though the Drua had an outstanding game against the Crusaders on that fateful Saturday of March 9th, 2024, the records since then have been quite glum with more losses than we can count on one hand.
On the flip side, the Crusaders seem to have found their stride, boasting a fairly decent bag of wins. Their recent thunderous triumphs against the Blues, Western Force, and Queensland Reds have shown that they can turn up when it matters. So while the Crusaders seem to be having a colorful season, the Drua seem to be comfortable indulging in their not-so-encouraging rainbow of results.
Based on their forms, the Crusaders are certainly entering the battle as favorites, and I don't see the Drua's underdog story playing out quite like they'd have hoped for. After all, winning isn't everything, but wanting to win is everything - right?
