We're tipping our hats to the women on the ice, folks. Harkening back to their last encounters, these two titans, the Victoire and the Charge, have been nothing less than a thrill ride. Two times out of five, the Victoire managed to put a leash on the Charge. But interestingly enough, both teams have been trading blows like a pair of street fighters, with each side having a series victory to their names recently.
Nonetheless, taking their regular season records into account, it's clear as day that the Victoire are the ones enjoying the victory lap. They've chalked up a superior performance and seem to be enjoying a little more consistency and success which puts the Charge under significant pressure.
Even so, despite their lower position in the standing, the Charge is not to be overlooked. A .500 season record in hockey is not to be scoffed at, and their recent victories indicate they've found some late season form.
However, when considering these factors, one has to lean towards the Victoire for this upcoming bout. Their superior record and standing in the league make them seem like the side more likely to push through the finish line first. The payout data supposedly compliments this analysis but hey, I wouldn't let that influence me, right? Wink wink.
So, with all the respect for the Charge, I would have to tip my commentator's hat to the Victoire for this one. With the Charge hot on their heels, though, expect a tightly contested game that likely won't be decided until the final buzzer sounds.
