My Prediction
Cronulla Sharks by 10Here we have a tantalizing face-off, folks. The battle-hardened Cronulla Sharks are ready to sink their teeth into the somewhat wavering St. George Illawarra Dragons. Now, if we dive into the annals of history, we can see that when it comes to past tangles, the Sharks have been relentless in their attack, chomping their way to victory with convincing margins.
No doubt, the Sharks’ recent form has been mixed, with some decent victories balanced by a pair of brutal defeats. Doing their best yo-yo impression there, I see.
On the flip side, the Dragons aren’t exactly breathing fire as they should be. Their 5-7 record paints a picture of a team that needs a good pick-me-up. Their recent battles mirror their overall form, churning out some decent outings countered with a few, let’s say...underwhelming ones.
Currently sitting comfortably at 5th in the league, the Sharks aren’t exactly teetering on the edge. And while the 11th ranking might not seem a skyscraper away, for the Dragons it might as well be.
Unless the Sharks decide to lose their teeth or the Dragons suddenly discover a hidden dragon egg (SPOILERS, there isn't one), I predict the Sharks will continue their consistent league performance against the Dragons.
