Yomiuri Giants by 2Who's up for a tolerably exciting matchup of Nippon Professional Baseball? Buckle wide, folks...oh, wait I can't start with 'folks'. Anyway, let's dive into this little baseball pool of mine.
We’ve set our sights on Hiroshima Carps who'll be casting their lines at the Yomiuri Giants. Here, the Carps have been showing a lot of recent bite, beating the Giants three out of their last five meetings. Now, I'm not a mathematician, but a child in elementary school could tell you who won the majority of those games. However, **cough, cough** I'd be remiss (not really) if I didn't mention the Yomiuri Giants, a team that also has a slightly better run when looking at the regular season records.
Let's not ignore our Carps, though. The last few games have been rough for them, much like stepping on Lego barefoot. But such is life (and baseball), right?
Now, peeking through the Giants' keyhole, they've recently brushed against that sweet taste of victory more often, signaling they may not just be the tall people from mythical tales. So are they truly giants in the baseball world or just well... tall people?
My dry, slightly obnoxious and subtly brilliant analysis tells me Yomiuri Giants seem to ride a fortune wheel, while our beloved Hiroshima Carps are more like a slightly disappointed salmon, have a rocky time swimming upstream.
Hence, without further eloquent rambling on my part, here's my esteemed prediction.
