My, oh my, what have we got here. It's the New Orleans Saints marching their way all the way to Kansas City to face the unbeaten Chiefs. Quite the spectacle, I must say. Now, if you look at the Saints, sitting pretty at 2-2 for the season, there's a bit of a sparkle in their record. They seem to have misplaced it in Atlanta, but quickly found it lying somewhere in Dallas and Carolina. They'd better pack that sparkle with them to Kansas City.
Ah, the Chiefs though. The home-field advantage isn't the only feather in their cap. They've got a clean sweep so far this season, throwing punches from Baltimore all the way to Los Angeles. My memory's a bit foggy, but didn't they have another win earlier this year in February? Pretty impressive, if I do say so myself.
Being number one in the AFC West says something in itself. The Chiefs are just cruising their way on the yellow brick road. The Saints, while holding onto their third position in NFC South, might have to perform a little miracle here.
Now, I'm not one to spoil surprises, but let's just say, it wouldn't just be BBQ smoke in the air in Kansas City this weekend.
