Let's start with the Sooners, shall we? With a pretty strong 25-7 regular season record, they've been punching above their weight recently, turning out an intimidating performance against the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles. Raegan Beers has been a consistent scoring machine, standing out with her formidable performance last season, averaging 15.8 points per game. She's also been a terror on the boards and seems to have set a new personal record with 10.9 rebounds in recent games. And don't overlook Payton Verhulst who has stepped up her game both offensively and as a playmaker with a noticeable jump in assists.
Now, onto the Huskies. The Huskies have had a nearly flawless regular season with a sparkling 31-3 record and they've been as scary as a rottweiler eyeing your sandwich in their recent games. Just ask the South Dakota State Jackrabbits and the Arkansas State Red Wolves if you don't believe me. Although the Sooners have been showing some tenacity, the Huskies are just a tad bit terrifying in their recent form and let's not forget they're favored in this one.
