Los Angeles FC by 2Looking at this head-to-head, we have Sporting Kansas City being backstopped by John Pulskamp who is having a fairly decent season so far with a 7.22 rating and 21 saves under his belt. On the other side, we have Hugo Lloris with numbers reflective of his good form, boasting a 6.90 rating and 13 saves for Los Angeles FC.
Looking at the top brass, Dejan Joveljić, Dániel Sallói and Manu García have been leading the line at Sporting Kansas. Especially noteworthy is Joveljić, who has managed an impressive 4 goals from just 8 shots on target.
On the other side for Los Angeles, keep a keen eye on Denis Bouanga, and Marky Delgado, with Bouanga making his mark with 3 goals from a whopping 10 shots on goal, and Delgado bringing along 2 goals with just 3 shots on target. That's peak efficiency if you ask me.
If you look back at the history books, they quite favor Los Angeles FC who have managed to get the better of Sporting Kansas in three out of the last five encounters, with two ending in a stalemate.

Bearing all of these in mind, it seems only logical to lean towards a Los Angeles FC victory. They have the upper hand in past matchups, a better season record, and overall player performance that screams, "We're not here to play, we're here to win."
