Colorado Rapids by 1If you're a goal keeper fan, you're in luck. Brad Stuver is charging up for Austin FC with quite staggering 20 saves so far. But don't think Colorado Rapids are lacking behind, oh, No! They've got their goalkeeping duo of Nicholas Defreitas-Hansen and Zack Steffen who are making as much effort to keep the net untouched. An interesting game of cat and mouse, eh?
Onto the players, Austin FC is highlighting Daniel Pereira and Jon Gallagher. A bit of a thoughtful choice, considering the guys haven't rattled the nets this season...yet. But hey, what really matters is that they are on the field, flapping those wings. Not forgetting, we also have Žan Kolmanič showing up with an impressive goal under his belt, albeit his accuracy not being the star player here.
Chugging along to Colorado Rapids, we're led by Rafael Navarro and Keegan Rosenberry. Neither of them have managed to strike the iron this month, however, that doesn't necessarily mean they're resting on their laurels. Don't miss Đorđe Mihailović, who's been doing some heavy lifting with two goals and seven shots on goal.
Now, history does have a story to tell. Looking back at past matchups, Colorado has gotten the upper hand three out of five times against Austin FC.
