Jilin Northeast Tigers by 9Ah, it's time to chew some hoops talk, isn't it? Let's take a closer look at this engaging tussle between Nanjing Monkey Kings swooping in on Jilin Northeast Tigers court.
Founder of the "0.0 Last Month Stat" club, the Monkey Kings players, notably Haowen Guo and Mingzhen Zhu, have miraculously reported infinity for their this season stats. Either there's a glitch in our system, or they are simply breaking all known laws of basketball physics.
On the other hand, the Tigers are looking rather feisty this season. Dominique Jones has been dropping buckets at an impressive 34-points per game, distributing dimes with 14 assists. Throw in Tomas Kyzlink with a generous contribution of 25 points per game, and you've got yourself a pretty intimidating offensive lineup.
Looking back in time, I see that past matchups have been a bag of mixed luck for both clubs. The latest chapter in the history books however, has the Monkey Kings crushing the Tigers by an impressive 21 points.
Then again, as my 5th grade History Teacher used to say, "Past performances do not guarantee future outcomes.". Justifying that wisdom, we see the Monkey Kings loitering at 12th place in the league with a 17-19 win-loss record, marginally better than the Tigers who are purring in the 14th spot with a 13-23 record.
Both teams are oscillating between wins and losses in recent games but looking at how the Tigers clawed their way to victory against the Sichuan Blue Whales, there is definitely some momentum building.
Taking all that into account, if you're planning to place a wager, and who's to say if you should or not, then the Jilin Northeast Tigers roaring through to a victory on their own turf looks like the smart money. Expect the tigers to hunt down the victory with a surge of ferocity.
