Shenzhen Leopards by 7Ah, isn't it grand when the Shenzhen Leopards jump on over to the Guangzhou Loong Lions den for a round of hoops? Let's break things down, shall we?
The Leopards have been prancing around the field with Xining He leading the pack, scoring an average of 30 points per game last month, not to mention Sonny Weems, chipping in with his 18 points per game. Add Peng Zhou to this mix, who has been consistently adding 19 points per game, and suddenly you find yourself in the midst of a Leopards party. Despite the Leopards winning only 13 of their regular season games and sitting at #14 in the CBA standings, they seem to be on an upward trajectory lately.
On the other side of the court, the Loong Lions are led by William Douglas and Tyshaun Crawford, who've been scoring around 28 and 17 points per game respectively. However, the Lions' roar has been... shall we say, less than decisive? They've ended up on the losing side 29 times in the regular season, pushing them far down the pecking order, sitting rather uncomfortably at #18.
