Then, we have Minghui Sun and Josh Carlton, who've been serving up some hot performances with Sun managing 16 assists per game and Carlton packing 20 points in his arsenal from the last month's stats.
On the opposite side, for the Qingdao Eagles, well, seems like they've been playing a hide-n-seek with us because we've got no recent info on any of their top players. A bit mysterious if you ask me. Though, one might suspect, they’re not exactly hiding Yao Ming in the back.
The past matchup record shows these two titans of Chinese basketball evenly matched. However, the last encounter saw Lions clawing their way to a 102-87 victory.
When it comes to the regular season records, the Guangsha Lions hold a skinny lead with a 10-2 record over the Eagles who sit at 8-4. In recent game results, both teams seem to have a similar stride with a few victories under their belt, but the Lions have been purring along nicely, taking out big names like the Guangdong Southern Tigers.
