Birmingham Stallions by 2I suppose we're looking at a nail-biter for this Conference Championship, folks. Ah, who are we kidding? We thrive on this stuff! Let's take a closer look, shall we?
Birmingham Stallions are playing host in this match, and going by their previous meet-ups, they seem to enjoy a peculiar fondness for the Michigan Panthers... in the form of mostly wins. I know, the teasing is uncalled for! What can I say, it's all in good fun. The last five encounters saw the Stallions on top most of the time and the Panthers... well, let's just say they're internationally renowned for their persistence.
Regular season records speak to the Stallions' slightly better performance, and a look at the recent results reveals that the Stallions also happen to be on a high. How high you ask? As high as the club’s mascot dancing to “Sweet Home Alabama”. Funny, isn't it? As for our dear friends from Michigan, they had a good run but had the wind knocked out of them by the Houston Roughnecks recently. Still, they made a decent comeback afterwards and they always bring the entertainment, but the Stallions might just steal the popcorn this time.
