Knighthood sits right behind him with Spencer Knight guarding the second goalpost, who's been holding his own with 89.8% saves.
On the opposite end enter the Jets, led by the wall that is Connor Hellebuyck. Looks like he's been eating pucks for breakfast, crushing it with 377 saves at a nifty 92.6%. Not to be outdone, we have Eric Comrie, who echoed Hellebuyck's performance with a 91.0% save rate.
Coming to the offensive, the spotlight is on Panthers' Sam Reinhart and Aleksander Barkov: Reinhart's put up 13 goals and 15 assists this season and Barkov has been dolling out dimes with 14 assists to his name.
Not to be outshone, the Jets' top gunners, Kyle Connor and Nikolaj Ehlers, have been creating a storm on the ice, each netting 9 goals in the last month, with Connor adding an additional 10 assists and Ehlers, 9.
Past matchups tally the score to two wins a piece in the last four games between these two, but the Panthers decimated Jets in the most recent encounter, which is hard not to consider.
Looking at the season's records, Jets clearly holding a better hand with a solid 15-0-3 vs the Panthers' 12-1-5.
On the recent clash front, the Panthers seem to be running a little hot and cold, but the Jets have been soaring high with only a single recent loss against Tampa bay that might slightly ruffle their feathers.
