Boston Celtics by 5Well, let's flash a light on our gladiators stepping onto the playoffs court for round three. On one side of the court, we have the brawny Boston Celtics bulldozing their way through, led by the fabulous Jaylen Brown, who’s averaging 26 points per game in the playoffs - that's a jump from his regular-season average of 22.2 PPG. His buddy Jayson Tatum, though his playoffs average is less than his season's smashing 26.8 PPG, is still bouncing high with around 14 rebounds per matchup. And with Derrick White also holding a playoff average of 23.5 points per game, the trio seems to be brewing some pretty potent playoff potion.
Orlando Magic, on the other hand, has Paulo Banchero, who is a veritable points-making machine, with a stonking 34 points per game in the playoffs so far. That's almost ten more than his regular-season average. Franz Wagner is also conjuring some good hoops with an average of 24 points. Yet, just two players don't make a team, do they?
Looking at the recent clashes, Boston Celtics have been presenting the Magic with a bouquet of defeats, leading the playoff series by 2. And let's not forget how the Celtics arose victorious four out of five times in the past matchups. The number '4' seems to be their lucky charm indeed!
Now, if we sneak a peek at their standing positions, Boston Celtics flexing at #2 in the Eastern Conference is certainly nod-worthy. The Orlando Magic, holding the fort at #7, will need more than magic to trump over the Celtic might.
Amalgamating all of this, and putting on my oh-so-genius prediction hat, it seems quite apparent that the Celtics will continue their ritualistic stomping on the Magic's hopes.
