Leonard, adding up to 25.5 points per game and gobbling 8 rebounds in the playoffs, is sure to give the Nuggets a hard time. Partner in crime, Harden, pegging about 20.7 points per game along with 8.5 assists, isn't far behind.
Carrying the baton for the Denver Nuggets we have Nikola Jokić and Jamal Murray. Jokić's playoffs stats are impressive indeed, averaging 25.3 points, 12 rebounds, and 10.5 assists per game. Let's not undersell Murray either, chipping in with a commendable 24 points per game including 5.2 rebounds and 6.5 assists.
Looking back at previous clashes, it's been a seesaw battle. The most recent encounter saw the Clippers edge past the Nuggets 111-105, though the Nuggets managed to claim victory 131-115 just prior.
Both teams have been steamrolling through the season with an equal record of 50-32. However, a closer look at the standings sees Denver sitting slightly above Los Angeles, being ranked 4th and 5th in the Western Conference respectively.
