Alright, gather around rugby fanatics, we've got the Bristol Bears squaring off with the Leicester Tigers. Now this is round 8 of the season, and we're really starting to see all the cards on the table, aren't we?
Let's take a skip down memory lane. Seems like the Bristol Bears have been doing the dance on Leicester Tigers in recent encounters. I mean, the Bears walked away with the last three out of five showdowns, with one that ended in a deadlock. Now I'm no algebra professor at MIT, but those numbers look quite favorable for the Bears.
However, we can't ignore the regular season records. The Bears notched 8 victories, against their 5 banter filled losses, while the Tigers have 7 wins and the same number of losses as our furry friends from Bristol. So, on paper, the Bears have their whiskers ahead.
But the sun doesn't always shine in Bristol, it has had its clouds. Their last match was a bit of a bummer against Gloucester. On the other side of the tracks, the Tigers have been dusting themselves off after a loss to the Saracens but let's not forget that they practically humiliated the Northampton Saints in their own backyard. Pour some water on that sizzle, will ya?
