Zhejiang by 1Let's jump straight into this intriguing Chinese Super League matchup, shall we? On the docket today we have a real humdinger between Zhejiang and Henan Songshan Longmen.
Now, in the net for Zhejiang, we have a toss-up between Bo Zhao and Huo Shenping; interestingly enough, both have managed to scrape by with a rating over six, though it's fair to say they won't be receiving any goalkeeping accolades anytime soon. On the other side of the field, Henan is sticking with a single goalie, Gouming Wang, who hasn’t done too bad this season with 10 saves but is still a bit shaky.
Taking a peek at the top players, Zhejiang has Wang Yudong leading the charge with a rather impressive rating of 7.65 and 7 goals to his name, while Franko Andrijašević and Cheng Jin have also been providing solid support on the field. Meanwhile, Henan is trying its best to keep up the pace with top performers like Bruno Nazário, who’s been lighting up the field, and Iago Maidana making some serious moves.
If we backpedal a bit and glance at the past matchups, it's evident that these two have quite the history; each team managed to take one game from the other last season. The regular season records show both teams trying to inch their way up, but it's safe to say that they're yet to hit their stride.
