My Prediction
Houston Rockets by 3In our cosmic basketball universe, the Houston Rockets are paying a visit to the house of the Sacramento Kings. The Rockets, backed by our man Alperen Sengun gulping down rebounds and spearheading the points charge, have been lighting up their opponents with the precision of seasoned NASA engineers. Jalen Green, who's sleeker than a freshly waxed rocket, has also stood out, laying down 25.4-points per game last month. And let’s not overlook Amen Thompson, who’s been a righteous miracle and continues to make an impact on the court.
Then there are the Kings. Can’t quite say they rule the realm, but they’ve been holding on well, sitting modestly at #10 in the much-contested Western Conference. Domantas Sabonis has been conducting business as usual, posting up monstrous double-doubles while gorging on orange rounders. De'Aaron Fox too has been creating ripples with his 27.4 points a game, forging a strong warp-core for the Kings.
Historically speaking, we've had some mixed results when these teams face off; you'd have to flip a coin or be a reckless time-traveler to draw conclusions purely from those. Lately, the Rockets have been in superior form, getting 4 wins in their last 5 engagements, whereas the Kings have only three victories in their last meetings.
Here comes the tricky part. Throw the confetti out folks or keep them safe, because I'm about to predict the storm. Keep in mind, though, my predictions are often as accurate as a sundial at night.
