Houston Rockets by 10Boy, oh boy, this is shaping up to be a regular David vs Goliath scenario. Houston Rockets are powering towards this game with some hefty stats, boasting player gems like the seemingly unstoppable Alperen Sengun who's been averaging 18.8 points per game this season alongside an impressive 10.5 rebounds and 5.0 assists. Don't even get me started on Jalen Green, what, is he playing basketball or running a charity? He's just giving out points like they're going out of style.
In contrast, our friends over in the Washington Wizards camp have been, well, let's just say they're not exactly shooting the lights out. They have Jordan Poole putting up a valiant effort with 21.8 points per game this season, and Bilal Coulibaly isn't exactly twiddling his thumbs either, but it doesn’t seem like they just have enough fuel in the tank.
Looking back in time, it seems the Rockets have been launching some serious missiles at the Wizards. They've taken the victory in their last five meetings, and with a season record for the Rockets of 23 wins to 12 losses versus the Wizards' 6-27 record, honestly, you'd get better odds betting on a three-legged horse in the Kentucky Derby than rooting for the Wizards.
