Pachuca by 1Ah, ladies and gentlemen, I've been looking forward to this one. Pachuca versus Atlas. Nothing like a good old matchup to get the blood flowing, right?
Let's start with Atlas who, in the past, won more games against our other contender, Pachuca. They had a nice win over them last September with a score of 2-0. However, since that golden moment, they've been going through a bit of a rough patch. Their last few games have been less than stellar with more draws than wins (and hey, we're not about to forget about losses either here, are we?). Their regular season record? A delightful hodgepodge of 0 wins, 3 draws, and 1 loss. Yes, it's been that kind of season for Atlas.
Now let's shift gears and look at Pachuca. These boys have been on fire! Their regular season record? Undefeated, three wins in the bag, and they're looking for more. Notably, they managed to take a convincing victory against Atlas back in November '23 with a score of 2-0. In recent games, they've kept this momentum with solid performances against Querétaro, Monterrey and Santos Laguna.
Friends, it's possible that Atlas could pull it off against Pachuca, the moon could also crash into the earth and my ex-wife could be right about something - it's possible, just highly unlikely.
So, if I were you, I'd be counting on those Pachuca boys to steal the victory.
