Real Betis by 1In the clash of the Spanish titans, we're looking at Real Betis taking on Deportivo Alavés. Between the netminders, Vieites of Real Betis seems a little more active, after all, he'd have to be, given he's racked up a whole 3 saves this season! On the other side, Sivera has a higher rating but just the solitary save recorded. He'll be sorely missed, considering him being on today's injured list.
When it comes to their stars and their contributions, Real Betis seems to have an upper hand. With Isco leading the charge with a 7.55 rating and a goal under his belt. His accuracy on passes seems better than my aim in a nerf gun fight! Despite Marc Bartra also commanding a respectable rating, he joins today's injured list making a dent in the Betis's defense.
The boys from Deportivo Alavés ain't slacking either. Nahuel Tenaglia is there, standing tall with a 7.20 rating and Antonio Blanco's hoverin' around the 7th heaven himself. Although, they are missing the prowess of Carlos Martín, another casualty making an appearance in the dreaded injured list.
Really gets your juices flowin', doesn't it, the past matchups between the two has been a snoozefest, if you ask me, either team barely finding the net. This might be one of those 'elite' tactical errors people keep talking about!
The regular season records show Alavés has more losses than fights I've lost with my partner, well, maybe not quite that many, but it's close. Real Betis on the other hand, aren't exactly setting the world ablaze either, but they're faring comparatively better with an even win-loss split.
