Ak Bars Kazan by 1We've got a solid matchup tonight folks as Avtomobilist Yekaterinburg meets Ak Bars Kazan out there on the icy battlefield. Seems like everyone is expecting a cracking game and I can't deny, I am too.
In the crease for Ak Bars Kazan, we have Amir Miftakhov who has had 39 saves this season but no data on how many shots he's faced. A save isn't that impressive if it's out of a 100 shots, you know? Across the ice, we have, well, honestly, I've no info on the Avtomobilist goalies. Maybe they're planning on a surprise attack.
Coming out strong for Avtomobilist, we gotta look at Stephane Da Costa and Brooks Macek. Da Costa's got a nice spread of 14 goals and 36 assists this season, while Macek isn't slacking with 22 goals and 18 assists. If they can keep the magic alive, it might be a tough day at the office for the Ak Bars folks.
Over at Ak Bars' end, we've got chucklehead Artyom Galimov and Dmitrij Jaskin. Galimov he's sloshed in 10 goals last month with Jaskin added a more balanced 4 goals and 5 assists.

Now, If we're crunching numbers from the regular season, they are neck to neck with a slight upper hand to Ak Bars Kazan registering a 38-22 win-loss record against Avtomobilist's 37-21.
