Urawa Red Diamonds by 1It's time to sink our teeth into J1 League action between Urawa Red Diamonds and Tokyo Verdy. Buckle up because this one should be as exciting as a late-night infomercial.
Holding down the fort for Tokyo Verdy, we've got the ever-reliable Matheus Vidotto. With a rating of 7.25 and 17 saves to his name, he's about as safe as a Volvo. On the other side, we've got Shusaku Nishikawa for Red Diamonds. Now he hasn't been racking up saves like Vidotto, but he's still putting up a respectable show with a 6.80 rating and 13 saves.
As for Tokyo's main threats, keep an eye on Kaito Chida and Hiroto Taniguchi. Their accurate pass percentages are 88.7% and 80.1% respectively – more on target than most of my jokes. And for Red Diamonds, Matheus Sávio and Ryoma Watanabe are the main men, with 2 and 3 goals respectively, and both maintain solid accurate passing percentages.
