Yokohama DeNA BayStars by 2Oh boy, dig out the peanuts and Cracker Jack for this one - we've got the Yokohama DeNA BayStars duking it out with the Chunichi Dragons on the diamond. Now, in the past, the BayStars have had a bit of a knack of putting the Dragons back in their lair - scored more runs in four out of their five recent contests. However, it's not much of an upper hand, as their seasons have been neck and neck, each team as wobbly as a newborn fawn.
Recently, both teams have shown contrasting forms - BayStars have been as balanced as a yo-yo: winning some, losing some and even getting a draw in there, because why not? The Dragons, on the other hand, have caused some ripples in the pond with a string of victories, making Hanshin Tigers and Hiroshima Carp look like kittens than ferocious beasts.
Now, hunched over the comprehensive records, twirling the end of my mustache, I'd say the Dragons' recent form isn't something you'd just brush off. Meanwhile, the BayStars have certainly earned their stripes in past encounters with the Dragons. So, grab the Gatorade and hustle on over, this one's about as predictable as a bouncing baseball.
